How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Returns for orders within the Continental US:


Most orders can be returned within 30-days of receiving it. Returns on all parts must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. You will need an RMA to return an item, please request one by sending us an email to lciparts@lacuisineinternational.com, include your order number and reason of return.

Once you receive an RMA, please type it on the outside of the box and follow the instructions provided by our Returns Department

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted it. The customer is responsible for shipping charges; we strongly recommend to use any kind of tracking tools when shipping returns.

Shipping charges from our location to yours are not refundable under any circumstances.

All items must be returned the same way you received your orderĀ 

Returns for used or installed parts are not accepted.

All sales on electronic & electrical parts are final.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right-hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
